It is ordained by the Town Council that the maximum speed limit on all town streets within the town limits shall be 20 mph, except as provided below in § 71.003, pursuant to I.C. 9-21-5-6, as that section may be amended from time to time, and the speed shall be effective at all times specified when signs are erected giving notice.
