(A) For the purpose of this chapter, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
ROAD or STREET. Includes the entire width between boundary lines of every way in the town which is platted for use by the public and which is not maintained by the state. This includes all streets and alleys.
(B) All other definitions applicable to vehicular traffic as set forth in I.C. 9-13-2 and all subsequent amendments thereto are incorporated herein by reference.
