(a) No person appearing as defendant, witness or counsel before the magistrate of the Mayor's Court, shall be guilty of any of the following acts upon appearance before the Court:
(1) Disorderly, contemptuous or insolent behavior toward such magistrate, tending to interrupt the due course of trial or other judicial proceeding before such judge.
(2) A breach of the peace, boisterous or violent disturbance, tending to interrupt the due course of a trial or other judicial proceeding.
(3) Willful resistance to any lawful order of the Court in the presence of the judge.
(b) Any person committing any of the acts above, shall have a warrant issued upon the summary order of the Court and may be arrested and brought back before the Judge at which time an opportunity will be given to make excuse or to present a defense to the act or violation complained of.
(c) Nothing in this section shall interfere with or diminish any power of the Court to summarily punish such person for acts occurring in his presence.

(d) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
