343.01 COMPLIANCE WITH STATE PUBLIC UTILITIES COMMISSION RULES.

No motor transportation company, as defined in Ohio R.C. 4921.01 and 4921.02, or private motor carrier, as defined in Ohio R.C. 4923.02, shall operate any motor vehicle on or over the roads, streets and highways in this Municipality in violation of any of the rules and regulations prescribed by the Public Utilities Commission of Ohio.
