(a) Administrative Penalties. Any person who violates or fails to comply with any provision in this Chapter shall be subject to the following administrative penalties:
(1) For a first offense, an administrative fine of one hundred fifty dollars ($150.00).
(2) For a second offense, an administrative fine of two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00).
(3) For a third offense, or each subsequent offense, an administrative fine of five hundred dollars ($500.00).
(b) Each day that any person continues to violate this Chapter shall constitute a separate and complete offense.
(c) If a person fails, neglects, or refuses to pay an administrative penalty within the time specified by the Zoning Inspector or their designee, then the person in violation of this Chapter shall, in addition to the administrative penalty, pay an interest rate equal to five percent (5%) per annum for the life of the administrative penalty.
(d) Enforcing Officer. The Zoning Inspector or their designee shall be the enforcing officers of this Chapter. The enforcing officer is hereby authorized to enforce, issue orders to prevent and stop violations, issue citations, and administer the provisions of this Chapter.
