Notwithstanding any provisions of Codified Ordinances Chapter 1173, the following subsections shall apply to Fences as defined by this Chapter.
(a) Existing Fences that were previously approved or were otherwise conforming with the requirements of these Codified Ordinances but which will become non-conforming upon the adoption of the provisions of this Chapter shall be permitted except as otherwise provided in this section.
(b) Non-conforming Fences that are in a state of structural and/or general disrepair must be removed after the property owner is notified by the Zoning Inspector or their designee.
(c) The property owner has thirty (30) days to remove such Fence after issuance of the notification. (Ord. 2022-12-18. Passed 12-13-22.)
