1385.15 ENFORCEMENT.

It shall be unlawful for any person, firm, or corporation owning or having the possession, charge or management of any Swimming Pool, Hot Tub/Spa, or public swimming beach to suffer or permit the same to be constructed, used, or maintained unless all of the provisions of this Chapter and all other laws and ordinances relative to Swimming Pools, Hot Tub/Spas, or public beaches, are complied with.
