555.99 PENALTY.

Whoever violates this section shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree and a misdemeanor of the third degree on each subsequent offense. Ohio R.C. 2947.23 and Sections 501.11 and 501.99 of the Codified Ordinances apply.
