1381.99 PENALTY.

Any person, firm, partnership, association, or corporation violating any provision of this Chapter shall be guilty of a minor misdemeanor, upon conviction thereof, each offense shall be fined up to the max allowed pursuant the Ohio Revised Code. Each day's violation shall be deemed a separate offense.
