The breach of any condition, safeguard or requirement imposed by the Board as a condition of its approval of an applicant's petition for a variance shall as determined by the Zoning Inspector invalidate the variance granted and shall constitute a violation of this Planning and Zoning Code, subject to an appeal to the Board.
