(a) No person shall serve or act as a construction contractor or perform any such related or similar work in the Village of Boston Heights, unless such person has registered with the Fiscal Officer as provided in this Chapter.
(b) No person shall serve or act as a construction contractor or perform any such related or similar work in the Village if such person is classified by or is listed on the Auditor of State’s website as failing to have paid personal or company taxes.
(c) This Chapter shall not apply to the following:
(1) Residents of the Village serving as a contractor on his/her/its own premises; or,
(2) Tree trimming work. (Ord. 2015-2-2. Passed 3-10-15.)
