137.18 MODIFICATION OF JAIL ADMINISTRATION PROCEDURES.

(a) The Mayor and the Chief of Police are hereby authorized to establish, add, and otherwise modify administrative procedures for the operation of the Village jail.

(b) No procedure shall become effective unless approved in writing by both the Mayor and Chief of Police.
