Each month Council at its regular meeting shall receive from the Police Department a breakdown on the following information:
(a) All activity regarding all incidents and arrests.
(b) All motor vehicle accidents.
(c) Mileage for each cruiser for the month.
These reports shall be submitted to Council each month on a form to be prepared by the Chief or his designated Officer.
