The Mayor shall preside over the Mayor's Court for the Village and shall exercise the jurisdiction conferred upon him pursuant to Ohio R.C. Chapter 1905 and shall perform those duties and exercise jurisdiction as set forth in Sections 1905.01, 1905.08, 1905.17, 1905.20, 1905.21, 1905.22, 1905.26, 1905.27, 1905.28, 1905.29, 1905.30, 1905.31, 1905.32, 1905.34 and 1905.35.
