   105.09 PARTICIPATION IN COOPERATIVE PURCHASING PROGRAMS.
   (a)   The Village of Boston Heights Council reserves the right to participate in any Cooperative Purchasing Programs authorized by the State of Ohio.
   (b)   If the Village of Boston Heights participates in a Cooperative Purchasing Program authorized by the State of Ohio then the Village of Boston Heights shall adhere to all standards, rules and regulations promulgated by the Cooperative Purchasing Program.
