105.01 CONTINUATION OF EXISTING CONTRACTS.

(a) All the laws and contracts in effect within the Village of Boston Heights, Summit County, Ohio not expressly prohibited by the Revised Code or amended by ordinance or resolution of the Council of the Village of Boston Heights, shall be in effect within the Village of Boston Heights until modified, amended and/or terminated by Council.

(b) Unless otherwise specified by Council, all contracts may be reevaluated no later than three years after commencement.
