147.13 PERIODIC EXAMINATION.

(a) The Chief of Police, Road Supervisor, Fire Chief or Mayor shall have the prerogative to require a physical and/or psychological examination of any Village employee at any time. The Chief of Police, Road Supervisor or Fire Chief, with concurrence of the Mayor shall have the prerogative to require a drug test of any member of their respective department at any time.

(b) The medical professional conducting the examination shall be designated by the Department Heads and the Mayor with the advice of Council.
