147.08 PAY PERIOD.
   (a)   The Fiscal Officer is hereby authorized to pay all full-time and part-time employees on a bi-weekly basis.

   (b)   The Fiscal Officer is hereby authorized to issue the pay checks of Village employees on the Wednesday following the end of the pay period.
