901.10 HOURS OF CONSTRUCTION.

No person, firm or corporation engaged in or employing others in excavating, constructing, altering any street, alley, sidewalk, construction site, or other public or private way, shall work beyond the hours of 7:00 a.m. through 6:00 p.m. during Eastern Standard Time or 6:00 a.m. through 8:00 p.m. during Eastern Daylight Savings Time.
