711.07 HOURS OF OPERATION.
   (a)   Entertainment device arcades shall operate only between the hours set forth below:
 
Fridays and Saturdays
10:00a.m. to 2:00a.m. of the following day
Sundays
1:00p.m. to 12:00a.m. Monday morning
All Other Days
10:00a.m. to 12:00a.m. of the following day
   (b)   No operator shall permit any person to operate any entertainment device during any time other than specified herein. (Ord. 23-2011. Passed 10-12-11.)
