Any person failing to comply with a notice of violation or order served in accordance with Section 107 of the model code document specified in this chapter is guilty of a minor misdemeanor and shall be fined not more than one hundred and fifty dollars ($150.00) and shall be subject to the provisions of Section 106 of the model code document. Each day of such violation shall constitute a separate offense.
