1313.06 CHARGES AGAINST OR LIEN UPON REAL ESTATE.

Any charges against or imposition of lien upon real estate permitted by this chapter or by the model code document incorporated therein shall only be made at the express direction of the Mayor. (Ord. 4-2011. Passed 2-9-11.)
