(a) This Chapter shall be enforced by the Village Zoning Inspector or the Village Engineer or by such deputy as the Mayor appoints as specified herein, any of whom shall act in the capacity of the code official specified in Section 103 of the model code document specified in this chapter.
(b) In furtherance of this Chapter and at the Mayor’s sole discretion, the Mayor may appoint deputies to act as the code official, or engage such assistants as the Mayor deems necessary to advise the code official on matters related to this chapter.
