If a Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan is required by this chapter, then a performance and maintenance bond shall be posted with the Village, payable to the Village of Boston Heights in an amount to be determined by the Village Engineer. The Bond must be issued by a recognized and approved bonding company acceptable to the Village Engineer.
