The areas within the Fairview Cemetery designated for infants 1 (one) year old and under, bound by fencing and measuring 28' (twenty eight feet) by 32' (thirty two feet) and consisting of 36 (thirty six) 2' (two foot) by 4' (four foot) grave sites with a planter and an Angel statue in the center. All headstones in this section are to be flat and flush with the ground, not to exceed 18" (eighteen inches) by 20" (twenty inches) regardless of need for footers, and to face the planter and Angel statue. Graves are not to be presold and are to be sold in succession and can only be sold in singular per infant.
