720.10 NUISANCE PROHIBITED.
   No permit shall be issued for the removal of topsoil where, because of the development of surrounding properties, a nuisance would be created by such removal because of dust or other unsafe or unhealthy conditions. (Ord. 3-2008. Passed 2-13-08.)
