The applicant shall furnish a Performance Surety in a form approved by the Village Solicitor in the minimum amount of one thousand dollars ($1,000.00) for each acre or fraction thereof included in said permit. The exact amount of said bond shall be as established by the Village Engineer and is intended to cover any and all expenses for the restoration of said permitted land disturbance if not completed by the applicant.
