1373.10 BUILDINGS PARTIALLY IN SECOND FIRE DISTRICT.

A building or structure shall be deemed within the Second Fire District if more than one-third of the area of such building or structure is located therein except that if more than one-third of such building or structure is in the First Fire District the building or structure shall be deemed as being within the First Fire District.
