1373.04 MOVING OF BUILDINGS IN FIRST FIRE DISTRICT.

Except as provided herein, no building shall hereafter be moved into the First Fire District or from one lot to another within the First Fire District unless such building is of a type of construction required for new buildings in the First Fire District.
