(a) The Village Hall may be available to residents of the Village for use as the Mayor deems appropriate.
(b) The Village Hall may be available to residents for no charge, but the Mayor shall require a refundable deposit of fifty dollars ($50.00) to insure that the Hall is left in good condition by the party or groups using the Hall.
(c) The use of the Village Hall shall be approved and scheduled by the Mayor or the Mayor's Designee.
