121.03 REPORTS TO COUNCIL.

(a) Each department head is hereby requested to report to Council regarding activities in his department during the month. A report shall be submitted monthly.

(b) The departments affected by this section are:

(1) Mayor;

(2) Fiscal Officer;

(3) Police Department;

(4) Road Department/Village Engineer; and,

(5) Zoning Inspector.
