(a) The rules and regulations hereinafter enumerated are the official rules and regulations to guide users of the park and recreation areas in proper conduct for the enjoyment of all other users of park and recreation areas and for the preservation of Village property.
(1) PARK HOURS: Sunrise to sunset.
(2) ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES: Absolutely forbidden; either possession or use will lead to immediate confiscation and ejection from the park.
(3) PETS AND ANIMALS: Permitted on a leash.
(4) BOATS, RAFTS, AND MOTORS: Forbidden.
(5) FISHING: Must have a State of Ohio Fishing License and follow all applicable state rules.
(6) PARK PROPERTY: The Park is for the benefit of all residents and visitors. Please respect the property and equipment and do not damage it. It is not intended to be used for other than the intended purpose.
(7) CONDUCT: It is expected that each visitor is orderly at all times. Immoral, roughness, undue clamor, loudness by voice or electronic devices or interference with other using the park will not be tolerated.
(8) HOUSEKEEPING: Every user of the park must keep their area free and clear of all debris. All rubbish must be put into the containers provided.
(b) The rules and regulations as set forth in this section are hereby determined to be necessary to the health, safety, morals and welfare of the Municipality and its inhabitants. Whoever violates such rules and regulations is subject to immediate expulsion from the park in addition to any penalty as provided in Section 961.99.
