921.01 DEFINITION.
   As used in this chapter "regional utility transmission lines" means those utility transmission lines, whether by wire, pipe, conduit or other utility fixture designed to serve a region or area larger than the corporation limits of Boston Heights, and not directly connected or necessary to the local distribution system serving the inhabitants of Boston Heights, and including, in the case of electric transmission lines of more than 22,000 volts, the supporting fixtures, structures and appurtenances connected thereto and used in the direct connection with or necessary for the operation or safety of such electric lines.
