713.03 DUTIES OF FISCAL OFFICER.

The Fiscal Officer shall upon receiving inquiries about an application for a cable television service franchise within the Village immediately refer that application to Council at its next regularly scheduled meeting. The Fiscal Officer shall keep a record of all inquiries about this subject and refer them directly to Council.
