709.02 KENT-MOORE TEST REQUIRED.
   (a)   The Kent-Moore Test is hereby adopted as the test to be used in the Village to confirm that underground gasoline storage tanks are structurally intact.
   (b)   The Fire Chief is the Village Official who shall require a Kent-Moore Test when, in his sole discretion, he suspects that a leak may be present or that the test should be performed to confirm that there are no leaks.
   (c)   Upon notification by the Fire Chief, the owner or operator of an underground gasoline storage tank shall have the Kent-Moore Test performed within thirty days and that the expense for such test will be borne by the owner or operator of the facility which has the underground gasoline tank.
