701.02 LICENSES REQUIRED TO ENGAGE IN CERTAIN TRADES, BUSINESSES OR PROFESSIONS.

No person shall engage in any of the trades, businesses or professions for which licenses are required by this Part Seven - Business Regulation Code, or by any other provision of these Codified Ordinances, without first applying for and obtaining a license from the Clerk or other duly authorized issuing authority.

The License required in Chapter 701 is not needed for the operation of a Short-Term Rental. The Short-Term Rental under Chapter 729 of these Codified Ordinances requires a Permit as designated in Section 729.03 et. seq.
