Every person occupying any property owned by, or in control of, the City, or any Officer, Board orAgency thereof, for any purpose requiring a license or permit issued by the City shall have any and all such valid licenses and permits posted and clearly visible at all times during such occupancy. Within twenty-four (24) hours following the expiration of such occupancy, the license or permit holder shall remove the license or permit from its posting.
