A Board of Park Commissioners is established, to consist of five (5) members elected at large from the City during regular municipal elections. All terms shall be for four (4) years, with the present incumbents continuing to serve in their positions until their current terms expire. All terms shall be staggered and all terms shall begin on January 1 of each year following the election as Commissioner.
