CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF BOONE, IOWA, 2003

The City Planning and Zoning Commission, hereinafter referred to as the Commission, consists of seven (7) members, whom are residents of the City. The members shall be appointed by the Mayor, subject to approval by the Council, and shall not hold any elective office in the City government.
