177.04 PRE-EXISTING DWELLING SUBDIVISION.

A subdivision platted for the sole purpose of dividing the property among the owners of dwellings which were constructed prior to July 1, 2008, shall be exempt from the provisions of §177.10(1)(E) and §177.14(7), provided that all lots platted have positioned upon them dwellings which were so constructed prior to July 1, 2008, and further provided that no new vacant building lots are being created.
