The applicant shall assume liability for any and all damages, claims, or suits that occur or may occur from the erection, location, or use of said antenna and/or tower, whether on City-owned property or private property, and shall hold the City harmless and indemnify the City for any damages incurred or judgments rendered as a result of the erection, operation, or location of said antenna and/or tower on City-owned property.
