(A) It shall be a violation of this section for any person or individual to restrict the traffic on any county owned bridge.
(B) It shall be a violation of this section for any person or individual to jump off any county owned bridge or county owned structure.
(C) A person or individual found to be in violation of this section shall be fined up to $ 1,000 for each such act or occurrence.
(D) A person or individual found to be in violation of this section shall also be responsible for court costs and attorney fees for the county’s enforcement of this section.
(E) Any action for enforcement of this section shall be filed in Boone Circuit or Superior Courts.
