No person shall do any of the following:
(A) Operate a business that offers tattooing, body-piercing, or other body modification services, unless the Boone County Health Department has issued a permit to the business under this chapter, and the business in compliance with 410 I AC 1-5.
(B) Perform a tattooing, body-piercing, or other body modification procedure in a manner that does not meet the requirements of this chapter, 410 IAC 1-5, and I.C. 35-42-2-7.
