§ 153.010 SEVERABILITY.
   The provisions of this chapter are hereby declared severable, and if any court of competent jurisdiction should declare any part or provision of this chapter invalid or unenforceable, such invalidity or unenforceability shall not affect any other part or provision of this chapter.
