§ 157.166 SEVERABILITY AND EFFECTIVE DATE.
   (A)   Severability. If any chapter, section, division, clause, paragraph, provision or portion of this chapter shall be held to be invalid or unconstitutional by any court of proper jurisdiction, the decision shall not affect any other chapter, section, division, clause, paragraph, provision or portion of this chapter.
   (B)   Effective date. This chapter shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage by the Board of County Commissioners for the unincorporated area of Boone County, Indiana, or by the appropriate legislative body for any incorporated town or city in Boone County, Indiana.
   (C)   Passed. This chapter was passed by:
      (1)   The Boone County Commissioners on 12-21-1998.
      (2)   The Whitestown Town Board on                   , 1998.
      (3)   The Advance Town Board on                   ,1998.
