§ 157.141 CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY.
   (A)   No land shall be occupied or used and no building hereafter erected, altered or reconstructed shall be occupied or used, in whole or in part, for any purpose whatsoever, until a certificate of occupancy has been issued by the Director, or his or her agent, stating that the use complies with all of the provisions of this chapter.
   (B)   The certificate of occupancy shall be issued within five days of the completion of the improvements authorized by the improvement location permit, provided the improvements are in compliance with all provisions of this chapter.
