§ 157.075 PROCEDURES, APPLICATION AND APPROVAL.
Procedures, application and approval of development plan shall be in accordance with Chapter 156 of this code regarding major subdivisions with the following alterations and additions:
   (A)   Applicants for development plan approval shall file for preliminary development plan approval and final development plan approval in the manner of primary plan and secondary plat approval required for subdivision development.
   (B)   Multi-unit developments, with the possible exception of PUDs, which do not include development of lots, shall include delineation of spaces for location of structures in accordance with this section.
   (C)   During application for preliminary development plan, the Director shall forward one copy of the preliminary development plan to those agencies required by Chapter 156 of this code. Any comments or recommendations by these persons shall be forwarded to the Director prior to the date of the meeting at which the APC is expected to consider recommendation for the application.
   (D)   In the case of PUD, the concept plan may include a bubble map. The purpose of this map is to indicate the general layout of a PUD as derived from the site analysis map, providing a relationship between included uses. In the case of a PUD with a number of different uses, general bubbles such as single-family residential, retail commercial and light industry will suffice. In the case of PUD with limited uses, more detailed bubbles such as grocery store and two- to four-bedroom homes shall be appropriate.
   (E)   Creation of the preliminary development plan should include, if applicable, a layout of uses, indicating the percentage of total land area, dimensions and approximate square footage of each area.
   (F)   Creation of the final development plan should include, if applicable, a detailed layout of uses, including the percentage of total land area, dimensions, square footage of each area and a list of permitted uses by right or special exception in each area.
