§ 157.073 DETERMINATION OF OPEN SPACE.

   (A)   Open space requirements for any development plan, except that required for PUD, shall be comprised of primary conservation areas and secondary conservation areas as described in Chapter 156 of this code.

   (B)   The minimum percentage of land designated as open space in a PUD shall be as follows:

      (1)   In a single-family, two-family or multi-family development plan as specified in Table 3 and Table 4, as applicable; and

      (2)   In a PUD, no less than 30% for residential uses and 20% for all other uses.
