§ 33.44 SPECIAL EMERGENCY POWERS AND DUTIES OF CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER: PLENIPOTENTIARY POWERS IN ABSENCE OF BOARD QUORUM.
   In the event that a quorum of the Board of Commissioners cannot be assembled for purposes of the meeting required under § 33.43, the chief executive officer of the county shall be considered a plenipotentiary representative of the Board and shall have all powers and may take all actions of the full Board under § 33.45(B)(2) through (13) until the assemblage of a quorum is possible.
