§ 33.25 COUNTYWIDE JURISDICTION OF EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT AGENCY; COUNTY EMERGENCY OPERATIONS PLAN; AND RELATED OFFICIAL POWERS.
   Except as provided by §§ 33.04 and 33.05, the jurisdiction of the County Emergency Management Agency and the jurisdiction and applicability of the county’s comprehensive emergency management and disaster plan as adopted pursuant to § 33.24, and the exercise of any powers of the chief executive officer of the county and the County Commissioners under § 33.41, shall be comprehensive and inclusive countywide and effective in both the incorporated and unincorporated areas of the county.
